Refund Policy

At Joliet Living, we value our readers and community partners. Please review our policy regarding subscriptions and advertising services below.

1. Magazine Subscriptions

  • Physical/Digital Subscriptions: All subscription sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Your access (or delivery) will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Damaged Issues: If your physical magazine arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jolietliving.com, and we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost.

2. Individual Issue Sales

  • Single-copy sales of Joliet Living (digital or print) are non-refundable.

3. Advertising & Sponsored Content

  • Ad Placement: Once an advertisement has been designed and approved for print or digital publication, it is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an ad placement, you must do so 30 days prior to publication. Cancellations made after the production deadline will be charged the full amount of the invoice.

4. Event Tickets

  • If Joliet Living hosts or sponsors local community events, tickets are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual. Please check the specific event page for details.
